As facilities age, it becomes necessary to make changes that communicate to your customers and attract new ones. Sometimes the changes can be simple or small and other times dramatic. When a facility no longer performs the way “it used too”, then it is time for a change. Often it is obvious a change is needed, but what changes can or should be made? We have the knowledge and expertise to analyze the situation and come up with the right answers.

 
The fee for a standard home inspection is based primarily on the size of the property. However, the actual fee for an entire facility inspection must be quoted by MHI and Consulting. The fees listed below are to be used as general guidelines for a complete inspection.

 

Townhomes / Condominiums

Under 1000 sq ft - $225

Over   1000 sq ft - $250

 

Residential Homes

Under  2000 sq ft - $350

2000 - 2499 sq ft - $400

2500 - 2999 sq ft - $425

3000 + sq ft - $0.15/sq ft
